A RARE CASE OF DE NOVO ISCHEMIC LEFT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK RELATED TO A RIGHT CORONARY LESION

چکیده
Introduction: ischemic left bundle branch block (LBBB) is coronary occlusion. We report an atypical case of de novo LBBB in relation to a tight right lesion. Material and methods: Mr H, 53 years old with no modifiable risk factors, consulted for typical angina pain evolving since 4 hours. The per-critical ECG showed complete criteria acute ischemia. Coronary angiography lesion the artery that was stented good evolution marked by regression symptoms signs Discussion: Ischemic emergency requiring urgent reperfusion. diagnosis facilitated commonly used Sgarbossa Smith criteria. An occlusion anterior interventricular most often incriminated. There evidence relationship literature poor description culprit lesions LBBB.

Baseline left bundle branch block with right bundle branch escape complexes in a patient with coronary artery disease, presents like an alternating bundle branch block: a case report
Alternating bundle branch block (ABBB) is a less commonly encountered phenomenon with the advent of re-perfusion therapy for acute myocardial infarction. ECGs simulating the appearance of an ABBB need to be carefully analysed. We present an ECG showing a baseline Left Bundle Branch Block(LBBB) progressing to a high grade AV block with escape complexes having a Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) m...

Right bundle-branch block occurred in 42.8% and left anterior hemiblock in 35% of 14 patients after surgical replacement of the tricuspid valve. The combination of RBBB with left anterior hemiblock is caused by injury to the branching portion of the bundle of His or more likely, by a lesion involving the pseudobifurcation. This study provides further proof that left anterior hemiblock may be pr...

Coronary angiography, cine left ventriculography, and the cardiovascular hemodynamics of 24 patients with left bundle branch block were studied. Seven patients were found to have significant coronary artery disease, always severe. Five had cardiomyopathy and seven had valvular disease. Only those with coronary artery disease or cardiomyopathy had abnormal left ventricular contraction patterns. ...

A RECENT STUDY of the prognosis of patients with left bundle branch block (L.B.B.B.) suggested that life expectancy was extremely short (Smith and Hayes 1965). While in general L.B.B.B. has a sinister reputation, we have been struck by a few individuals who have survived many years with L.B.B.B., and we thought an analysis of some of the material available at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfas...
متن کاملright bundle branch block is not a predictor of coronary artery disease
right bundle branch block (rbbb) is considered as an important predictor of poor outcome in patients with acute myocardial infarction, but the prognostic implication of rbbb in patients with suspected coronary artery disease (cad) is unclear. furthermore, the association between rbbb and incidence of cad also its influence on the severity of stenosis in coronary arteries has not been establishe...
